You can also catch a glimpse of the different accommodation options in this video: catered halls with cooked meals or non-catered halls where students cook their own meals. International students who arrive in Wellington, New Zealand for the first time are personally introduced to Wellington city by Vic Crew members.
Cherry came to Victoria University of Wellington as an international student from China. She came to study a Masters of Professional Accounting, and in doing so found a city that is easy to live in as an international student. She also found work in the city to help support her study and get her career under way.
The Kelburn Campus is the main campus of Victoria University of Wellington where the main university library and administrative buildings are situated. It is also the home for Humanities, Social Sciences, English Language, Science and Engineering. Students get to enjoy a number of world-class facilities on the Kelburn campus. Victoria University of Wellington's School of Chemical and Physical Sciences is hosting the MacDiarmid Institute for Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology.
